Pig's in Blankets / Sausages Wrapped in Bacon

Tis the season :)

Having a more austere and less social Christmas this year but will try not to scrimp on the PIBs :)

Managed to pick up some decent chipolata sausages in the #haggleshelf and froze a few packs ready for the trial glazes.
Liking the sound of that....I trial glazed carrots yesterday (maple syrup, wholegrain mustard and olive oil), but it would suit a quality chipolata.

Been a bit slack this year but got some cheap #haggleshelf honey yesterday and have a good stock of chipolatas in the freezer.

Also going to try a batch with molasses :hmm: might be a bit too sticky :D but watered down with rum, salted butter, seasoning and ginger should work.

Here's an idea for Badgers - giant pigs in blankets.

Love a good PIB but never glazed them, always gone au naturel.. as it’s me doing the cooking, might have to give this a go

Has anyone tried these in an air fryer? They make brilliant bacon and we've just bought a massive one because the old one couldn't make enough chips.
