# On The CD Player Today (take 6)

Take That - Greatest Hits

It's a 1996 release, so before their reformation when they went quite middle aged and boring. It's a bit front heavy with the best songs (Never Forget, Back For Good, Pray, Sure, Relight My Fire, etc) with their early filler at the end, but still a very high quantity of top 90s pop. Maybe it's my age (28), but today's boybands don't seem to match up to TT and East 17. Back in my day....

Pavers - Return To The Island Of No Return
Raggity Anne - Only Square People Think It's Cool To Be Cool
Compay Segundo - La Collecion Cubana

Middleman - Spinning Plates - turn it UUUUUUPPPPP!!!!
Blood Orange - Coastal Grooves - fucking love this, album of the year...may..be...?
Shonen Knife - Free Time - music to grin to
Cicada - Sunburst - lovely

Daft Punk - Homework

I was in a bar/club on Friday night and the DJ put on Da Funk, which reminded me to play Homework again, because for some reason it never gets as much play from me as Discovery. Both great albums though.

Which has oddly segued into Immaculate Collection by Madonna (it's on a tape) not quite sure what I was thinking when I put this one together.
