Time of course has altered the numbers. The separatists lost 21 seats at Wesminster, 12 of them to the Conservatives, and are being propped up by the Greens at Holyrood.
A proportion of the populace has regained its sanity, and I don't doubt that as more do, the separatists will be back to their usual handful at Westminster.
The nature of regional assemblies itself is more important than the nature of Scotland - no regional assembly anywhere in the country would be elected on a mandate that was more right-wing than the national government.
