I invariably kick off my day with a largeish bowl of Quaker Oats.When available I will tarmac that with cornflakes and occasionally also with a chopped banana.Add sugar (probably far too much) and that will set me up for the day.
A woman I work with who's in her 90s likes her cornflakes with sweet lemon tea. I like fetching the cereal for her and preparing the tea, it gives me a transgressive thrill each time
