Nah I'm just getting jealous of hot lunches. Usually is plenty for me - houmous or pate on the ryvitas and some fruit later in the day, and few cups of tea to keep me warmBiddly - that's not enough, you need something else with that! Soup maybe?

Pretty sure there's protein in fruit, veg, seeds and pulses - plus I do eat a meal other than lunch
