The bacon looked a bit dodgy so I've gone for salad with balsamic dressing, avocados and green beans. It's pretty tasty actually.

chicken and parma ham rolls, possibly with cheese and lettuce. chicken is in the oven now and i am getting a little nervous about the very hungry looks on the kids faces

I'm having tomato soup with a bread roll, then some vanilla yoghurt and a couple of bits of fruit. It seems to be doing a good job of dispatching my four pint hangover.

Roasted romano pepper, goat cheese, red onion, lentil and spinach salad with a mustard/lemon dressing. Eaten with my slightly fail spelt buns (I realised only afterwards it was half a tablespoon of yeast, not half a teaspoon. Flat but edible enough anyway)
