Great tribute to Floyd on Saturday morning cookery show just now - the footage of him getting a bollocking from a French lady chef for not making piperade properly was priceless.

In the oven, drizzzzzzzzled with oil, rolled in sea salt, pushed up all perky like Saturday night knockers, and aching for a proper filling.

Two wholemeal pittas filled with avocado, pesto, cucumber and yellow pepper
Bag of S&V Seabrooks
Peach, plum, pear, apple
Probably some biscuits from the huge box someone has helpfully brought into our office :mad:

Ate my three sarnies at 10am, 11am and 12pm and now am still a little hungry
Part of me wants a pint, part of me wants a burger but I should go for a good long walk
 
last night's "ratatouille" - (onion, courgette, slim jim peppers, tomato, garlic plus jar of Lloyd Grossssmann's excellent tomato and roasted garlic sauce), warmed up with can of chickpeas.
 
Jacket potato bought from canteen topped with beans n cheese from home. Bean and cheese from canteen are tasteless. I also added a few splashes of tabasco which I keep in my drawer.
 
I've just scoffed a sorta salad with cous cous, chick peas, beetroot, coriander and roasted peppers, garlic, sweet potato and aubergine.

Was lush!
 
I've also got a salady concoction of

-mixed leaves
-grated carrot
-mixed bean sprouts
-broccolli
-tomato
-cous cous
-smoked mackerel.

Totally health-tastic :cool:
 
my first post on this board will be telling you what I will eat for lunch today:

three slices of cornbread with peanutbutter and a bit of sambal

great.
