Lunch should have its own thread

Leftover mushroom and cheese frittata, couscous flavoured with veg stock/paprika/chilli flakes, and homemade red cabbage sauerkraut.

Plum and an easy peeler.

Yet more hoummus on toast. The cafe next door sells the most amazing bread. I’m not sure if it’s sourdough. It’s £4 a loaf but they’re pretty big and do me for a week. /breadwanker
Check the ingredients list - if it contains yeast, it's not sourdough.

Massive beef, carrot, celery, onion and potato casserole in the pressure cooker (Why did I never get one before....?)

Will probably last me the rest of the week.

Lunch was veggie lasagne (with spinach layer and lentil ragu layer) from freezer, couple of Lindors for afters.

Just now, afternoon snack of celery and pepper sticks dipped in hummus.

Tin of mackerel in oil, slab of homebaked wholemeal, and a big dollop of a fresh batch of white cabbage/onionhomegrown Roxi chilli sauerraut - phwoar!

Plum and an easy peeler.

Egg and chips, the chips are chip shop chips that I froze. You get like a carrier bags worth in Yorkshire, way too much for us, but they freeze well and air fry wonderfully.

Homemade red cabbage sauerkraut, tinned mackerel, red pepper, pimento-stuffed green olives, watercress, spinach, rocket. And an apple.

Ham and cheese omelette with coleslaw and a crusty roll.
White chocolate twix - two fingers!

Most of a tub of caramelised hummus, pimento-stuffed green olives, spinach/watercress/rocket salad, extra rocket, red pepper and homemade red cabbage sauerkraut, and a pear.

I don't usually eat lunch but i am off work today and haven't eaten anything but a cold chicken bake in the last 30 odd hours...

Inspiration required.
