Lunch should have its own thread

After several days of festive stodge, I made the first move back into normal food at lunchtime with a 3 egg Gruyere omelette served with a big wodge* of German sauerkraut.

Tattie scones, veggie square sausage, facon, veggie links, mushrooms, fried tomatoes, beans.

The move away from processed food will happen after the bank holidays.

I just had lunch at the BBC (I was back in London for a day for an MRI). Lunch was nothing special but I did get to see all those people on computers looking at Facebook creating content and stood in the BBC Verify bit. Nice atmosphere, average noodles.

A salad: romaine lettuce, red pepper, avocado, cucumber, feta, chives, beetroot, dressed with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Leftover cheesy vegetables from yesterday. No one else will eat it, as the breadcrumb topping from the freezer turned out to be crumble
