Lunch should have its own thread

Mackerel in tomato sauce in a flatbread. A bowl of black grapes, cornflakes, custard powder, ground almonds, xylitol and milk. Half a litre of decaf tea with cinnamon.

Extra mature cheddar wholewheat wrap, with iceberg and baby toms inside, and spring onion/radish/red pepper on the side.

Royal Gala apple and a pear for afters.

It was going to be some juicy ripe pears.
Bought them yesterday and left them at work.
Opened my office this morning to discover them covered in ants.
Hours later still seeing the little beggars.
So much for healthy eating.
So off to pub for a pint and packet of crisps...

Chicken salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion and sweet peppers, washed down with a glass of the Prosecco I mistakenly opened last night because I thought it was Friday.

I completely failed to make myself a packed lunch for today  so availed myself of a co-op meal deal, there wasn't a lot of choice mind you! Had a ham sarnie with mustard mayo on some sort of granary bread (love that sort of bread but it plays havoc with my digestion tbh), a rocky road cake bar thing, and a bottle of pop.

Chicken & bacon sausage roll thing, it was lovely. Toffee fudge doughnut. small bunch of grapes. Mug of tea.

A laksa noodle veggie thing followed by 3 veggie bao buns and quick dippy sauce when it became apparent that the lasksa thing wasn't enough for lunch. Enjoyed both tbf but very expensive lunch, would only recommend if you have to do quick lunch and you're prepared to pay over the odds for it.

Ham & cheese toastie with pickle. An apple, plum and Crunchie (when did they shrink) Mug of tea.

Fish finger and fried egg sandwich with HP sauce. Was lush, but ive now been banned from it by my wife because apparently eggs are really expensive now.
Get the mixed weight ones in shitty packaging. Half the price of the medium or large eggs in prettier packaging. Free range, obv.
