I thought that when my son , who is over for five days , was vigorously cutting his pork chops . The woman , Sarah , who brought it over was wobbling around last night drinking red wine so god knows how she did it .I love octopus, looks lush - I am quite curious though about how they delivered it to the table without spilling sauce all over, or was the sauce ladled onto the plate at the table? It really is pretty much right up to the edge of the plate

No dont smother it in salt. With salt cod you have to soak it in water to get rid of the salt before cooking .Awesome! I will give it a try sometime (although I say that about many recipes I never ultimately get around to )
The only cod I ever get my hands on comes in tiny frozen fillet portions like this
