Lunch should have its own thread

I’ve been on an egg Mayo phase recently, always the same ”recipe” and if any EM experts have tips I’ll gladly try them. I just boil five eggs (9mins) then let them cool, slice and remove yolks then mash the yolks with 3 heaped dessertspoon Mayo, grind of pepper and 1/4 lvl tsp salt. Then chop the egg whites and mix them thru.
 
Slab of toasted olive-spreaded seedy wholemeal with half a tin of beanz on top. Lashings of black pepper and hot sauce.

Black grapes and an easy peeler.
