Lunch should have its own thread

Lunch for a longtime has been a chore for me. For most of my working life so far I worked shifts over 7 days do didn’t need to plan lunch 5 days on trot. 3 years later I still can’t get on with it so I bought some powder meal replacement & have that in soya yoghurt or a shake. Just done 2 weeks & my mind feels lighter.
 
BTW we have some leftover tuna casserole (in a bowl in the fridge without the cheesy breadcrumb topping component - so pasta, tuna, peppers, mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, black pepper, in a creamy sauce) and I think OH is planning to have a tuna casserole sarnie before he goes to work tonight.
