Yesterday we had duck soup - made with stock from a boiled up carcass - served with ramen noodles, finely chopped chilli and butter-fried croutons.

I don't normally photograph my lunch but I was rather proud of my 'Mexican' baked sweet potato, based on something I glimpsed in a magazine recently. It tasted lush as well.
