Lunch should have its own thread

Tuna salad with some carrot and beetroot slaw I made yesterday, and olives. Eaten in the garden as a vague facsimile of the holiday we're not on.

Leftover runner bean risotto, picniced sitting on a blanket in the park under my favourite tree after online yoga class at home. One of those moments when the whole sorry lockdown business feels almost alright .
 
Vegetable and lentil soup, to a recipe I concocted in the first week of lockdown and have carried on making since. Of course, I've overdone it and now have at least three days' worth of lunches bubbling away on the cooker, but c'est la vie...
