Lunch should have its own thread

Due to weight gain and lockdown sloth a healthier diet is underway :(

Some wholemeal rice/quinoa with spinach, mushroom, tomatoes and some grilled chicken tikka.
Raita and cucumber on the side.

(not bad for 419 calories)
 
Aldi "Spanish style grains"
pleasantly smoky - could do with a little more capsicum...
tahini
sweet mango chutney - reminding me I forgot to buy more this morning ...
beer.
 
Tin of Tomato and Chorizo soup
Some ripped up Kale in it for the health
Small bowl of leftover salad from yesterday
 
Grabbed a supermarket sarnie (Tesco breakfast triple) early this morning :facepalm: which was adequate but a third of daily calories.

Salad for lunch and maybe an apple
 
Leftovers of last night's potato, pepper and halloumi hash with a fried egg on top.
Last quarantini :( (what I count as a proper quarantini, drunk at lunchtime, while on furlough. Vodka and elderflower cordial, albeit with the luxury addition of sparkling water from supermarket shop just now).
