Lunch should have its own thread

I was starting to find my ultra-nutritious beansprout and radish sprout salad a bit of a challenge - and a massive slug attack put me off - so I'm evolving a low calorie vegan slaw ...
Thankfully the sunflower and broccoli sprouts have come onstream - and I had a particularly successful batch of alfalfa ...
So I'm stuffed - but in a good way. :)

A pizza hut medium bacon and sausage, deep pan treat which off from a while back. Bbq chicken and worse of all pasta, ham and mushroom about a million calores I am sure. Feel faily wiried to be homest

I eat a minimalist 1200kcal diet 5 days a week, so today, after walking through town past so many eateries, I felt like a change - and initially I thought of baked potato - but then remembered I don't have an oven or the embers of a bonfire.
So I went up the road for a Clive's pie - but came back instead with falafel and "banderilla salad" featuring "harissa" hummus - and even the rocket worked well with the spiciness :)

And I found the bottle of Aldi Carcassonne I opened weeks ago was still OK and all the better for the respiration :)

Food hasn't been much of a friend for the past decade and a half and I have to learn to enjoy it again. :)

Cup a soup looks and smells like thin vomit to me. Just thinking about it makes me retch :D Sorry :D

I'm on an egg mayo butty (so no doubt there will be a great cry of OOO IT STINKS whenever someone walks past, the predictable twats), a handful of cheese n unyon crisps, and a cherry Activia.

Did you put the blatant hypocrisy in this post on purpose? *bats lashes* :p:D

I did fried rice as cooked way to much basmati last night for two of us.

Simple with just a chicken breast and a pepper. Do have a new Thai seasoning that is made from soy beans, but isn't soy sauce which gave it a slightly different tang.
