I'm not at work today so after doing boring stuff like dirty clothes and dirty dishes, household admin etc I made a sort of stock from yesterdays leftover veg (petis pois and butternet squash sort of semi-mash) and added minced lamb, garlic, cumin seed a nice thick chilli paste made by MsT and smoked paprika. When it was done I lobbed in cous-cous, whacked the lid on it and fluffed it up about 10 mins later and have just had some for lunch. Tonight it will form part of supper, probably with some sort of salad and pickles.
I'm doing loads at home that's been long overdue. Ring me. I only ever see you on the boards these days!Do you want to come round to mine?
