WFH today so I'm going to do a crab curry omelette (leftover curry from the weekend). I'm trying to decide whether or not that needs a bit of cheese in it.

Well I decided to have the tiniest waaffer thin shaving of one of the sponge ones. It was nice. I don't need anymore. Your lunch sounds proper fit. Love sardines

I had mackerel for tea on Monday it was FIT. And tuna yesterday

I was supposed to be eating the rest of the chicken and veg soup I had yesterday but it was horrible. So I took the executive decision to bin it and have a chicken teriyaki ready meal instead Plum for pud.

A pack a veggie beanfeast pate on crispbreads, and a pot noodle. The pate was in a clear plastic sausage casing, and it looked like squeezing a turd out of a plastic bag.

First day back on slimming world and my mate wants to go for lunch. I ignored the pizza, paninis, carvery and all the other good stuff and had a jacket potato with cheese and salad. It was alright. [emoji1]

Leftover couscous made with veg stock, coriander, lemon juice and toasted pine nuts, green olives stuffed with garlic, sundried toms, iceberg lettuce, baby leaf salad, and a chunk of good mature cheddar. Fuck me this is fit

I have company (just the old man but still) so made proper food : roasted cauliflower with cumin and ras al hanout, tahini dressing, reheated rice and herby salad. Lush!
