Lunch should have its own thread

Had a DELICIOUS new wrap from M&S. A pumpkin tortilla wrap with chicken marinated in coconut and mango with black beans and grated carrot and cucumber. Was SO tasty. And less than 2 grams of sugar so kind of healthy. I always get put off when the sugar levels are in red. I eat enough sugar the rest of the day without needing loads in my lunchtime sandwich aswell

My diet is ridiculous. Lunch/snacks today have included a bean salad, a hard boiled egg (good thing I have my own office :D), cellery and carrot sticks and an apple. Then a piece of coconut and rasberry cake, a shortbread biscuit and a chocolate hobnob.

Homemade minestrone soup with granary bread & salt n vinegar square crisps. I’m not a huge fan as soup as the main event. It’s more of a starter but I made it to try & vary my lunches. It was lush but meh soup.

Thick homemade carrot soup with some added beans (delicious if I do say so myself!)
A seeded roll
An apple
And probably in around an hour, a nice cup of yorkshire tea and a chocolate brownie (since I've seen someone has left a box of each of these on the work kitchen table)
