Ham sandwich and salad again for me for lunch
Aye, it's never a 'pretty' colour when using allspice, but my god, so tasty.Spicy lentil soup, for the third day running as I made a big batch on Sunday. I overdid the allspice a bit and it's come out a rather unappetising colour, but it smells and tastes pretty damn good.
I am proper into putting it together with cinnamon and nutmeg too now - have avoided both spices like the plague for years!

Empanadas are not only delicious they also remind me of being on Miami Beach with Mr Miggins where there were 2 beautiful ladies going up and down the beach selling them. *Sigh*

Oh noSunflower seed roll with Tivall veggie frankfurters, ketchup, mayo, French's mustard and Bajan hot sauce. My veggie franks, on closer inspection, seem to be IsraeliGutted. They are yummy.
i like them. The medjool dates i used to buy used to be West Bank and now they're Israeli too
