Stored in commercial places and all that i bet. So true and not true.
I would guess that they aren't talking about the PCsEven if four people share one PC, that's be a bloody tiny PC
ie - a rather meaningless phrase they chuck in to mean 'a lot' - comparisons with the size of Wales being the traditional comparatorStored in commercial places and all that i bet. So true and not true.
but what is it then? The main servers? I'd be surprised if that was as little as 6TB for that many people.I would guess that they aren't talking about the PCs
That is probably just the size of the police database vs the total storage Watkins had or something. The numbers make a good story but are fairly meaningless without more context.this does sound bizarre, doesnt it? 6TB would mean that there staff of 4500ish would only have 6GB of data each, which seems very low, even if they're not ripping DVD's on their PC's
Yeah, I'd guess its their NAS on their local file server.but what is it then? The main servers? I'd be surprised if that was as little as 6TB for that many people.
Same in the Environment Agency. Tiny storage; constantly juggling files to make sure your emails don't get bounced etc.In my NHS job we're only allowed a tiny amount of storage - to the extent that a considerable amount of time in our team is spent pruning our shared drives etc. to keep them within the limits - can imagine any other parts of the public sector have the forethought or the budget to do better.
eta - but obviously the electronic data records take up vast amounts of storage which is where all our budget goes. So I'll back away slowly.....
Semmens ran babysitting services from her flat in Cardiff, regularly looking after boys aged between three and six, the court heard.
When Hughes and his boyfriend Hamish Morgan moved into a flat next door the three became close friends. But the court heard Semmens was attracted to Mr Morgan and hoped that by providing children to Hughes it would clear the way for her to have a relationship with him.
Prosecutor Laurence Jones told the court Semmens not only supplied the boy to Hughes but allowed him to abuse him in her bedroom.
'Vile activities'
"By her own admission Semmens knew Hughes was a child sex offender who was banned from having any contact with children," said Mr Jones.
"But she was trying to satisfy Hughes's perversions for young male children."
The court heard police said Semmens had "developed a taste" for child abuse images and police found images of two other boys she had looked after on her computer.
Hughes and Semmens went on the run when they realised police were on to them.
According to the Guardian:Fuck knows what grounds he thought he had for an appeal.
However, he changed his plea at the last minute, averting a trial, but then complained he had not realised that his guilty plea had made him "look guilty".
Wot? eh? pardon?According to the Guardian:
A whole hour? Must've opted for a Tesco Triple instead of the regular sandwich. The judges appear to have taken all of an hour to mull over their decision.
I bet judges don't eat Tesco sandwiches.A whole hour? Must've opted for a Tesco Triple instead of the regular sandwich.

mega lolzHis appeal against the length of his sentence has been rejected.
radio crap, but good for them. Can't imagine how it is to be dragged into this kind of mess because what was apparently little more than a co-worker turned out to be a sick fuck.No Devotion, new band made up of old Lost Prophets members and someone else has tune out

I have a slightly hard-time they knew absolutely nothing. Because he's touring with them, and there must have been groupies involved at some stage.
they'd had different hotels for the last five or so years, i believe, so they never saw who went up to his room with himI have a slightly hard-time they knew absolutely nothing. Because he's touring with them, and there must have been groupies involved at some stage.
The jury heard excerpts from a sex tape from 2008 where Watkins and Ms Mjadzelics, who had a relationship, discussed their desire to abuse very young children together.
The video was entitled "Jo paedo talk Cardiff" and prosecutor Jim Davies told the jury the pair discussed their desire to abuse children.
They also heard Ms Mjadzelics had said in the video she wanted to kidnap and rape children.
The prosecution then read out parts of an online conversation in 2011 where Watkins posted indecent images of child abuse, and Ms Mjadzelics' explicit responses.
She told how she gave evidence to police at least five times but they failed to act for four years.
Speaking through tears after the not guilty verdicts she said: "I shouldn't have even been here - just for doing the police's job that they couldn't be arsed to do."
Deputy Chief Constable for South Wales Police, Matt Jukes, said: "We respect the decision of the court today."
