The correct quotation is actually "I did not believe that a Cause which stood for a beautiful ideal, for anarchism, for release and freedom from conventions and prejudice, should demand the denial of hand-cranking an old Gestetner. I insisted that our Cause could not expect me to know what the fuck deterritorialising means. If it meant that, I did not want it."

I saw this 'statement' before, my first thought was, why now? this issue was starting to ebb as far as I can see. people disagreeing and it's less of a big deal. Don't put out position statements if you want to get along
