Now I don't know. There are court room scenes that are filmed really well, which would be illegal, you'd think. Are they partly refilming things that did happen?

It's riveting stuff anyway.

Basically you need to pay to stay out of jail in America and the difference between a life destroying sentence and an easy 5 year sentence is down to mere technicalities and a necky lawyer

The crime you committed doesn't actually seem to matter.

All the above appear to only count for black defendants
