What the hell happened there? It’s got two rear ends.
 
It's a fast decompression with a pop and a hiss. Like when a large truck with vacuum brakes stops beside you. PSSSSSSHHHHHHH

Not particularly dangerous unless the owner catches you doing it.
The beauty of this is that many owners may not realise the valve is missing and waste time and effort trying to reinflate with no success
