i couldn't eat that meal outside in the sun like it looks in that photo, i would get all sweaty and bothered. i ate it in a dark booth in the dark hackney wetherspoons, being stared at by an old man with a long gray beard and leg braces.

The Fox on the Hill. Was £6.79 for the 'gourmet' hot dog and a pint of Stowford Press that is pretty good (about £3.50 for that plate of win) value in my opinion.

No I faffed about finding ketchup and taking photos so it was not burny hot.

I can confirm that the Wetherspoons dog is far superior (and better value) than the Greene King dog.

I use streaky bacon and a little less Cheddar cheese (or sometimes I use slices of burger sliced cheese as its very creamy) when I make them, and I grill or bbq them

Ah man I was in 'Spoons last night and so nearly got the gourmet hot dog! Thing is, I wasn't THAT hungry and my wife had just, in a moment of insanity, ordered a surf and turf (it was going to be big...) with a side of garlic bread, which I knew she wouldn't eat even half of so I had to also leave room for that so went for the good old healthy chicken breast burger and chips with the STUPID LITTLE PAPER POT 1/4 FULL OF SAUCE THAT FALLS APART AFTER 5 MINUTES....MR WETHERSPOON
