Yes. They always bottle it. Especially when they have great players.
And the Italians started slow so.....
In fact I can see Russia upsetting the Netherlands making it all four of the early pacesetters going home.
Italy for the overall win I think but I hope Germany do it.

i don't know how anyone can predict anything in this tournament. it's pure speculation 
russia are not terrible as said by some poster above. they looked extremely handy against sweden and they have the 'hiddink luck' on their side

So you didn't see their match against the Swedes?
i didnt, i do think they are a decent team under hiddink, but beating the swedes is not the same as beating holland
well there is the problem
they are playing holland on sunday
they may have beaten sweden, but sweden aren't holland,
same as when hiddink got korea to the semis. they deserved it in a way \(despite the cheating) just because they were so well organised. but i mean honestly really, they are still not a proper team

being 3am it's unsurprising you missed the point: which was - 'the manner' in which they beat sweden.
as i said in my post: they looked 'very handy'. holland are a different proposition but we've seen how performances have wavered: germany, portugal, italy. that makes it unpredictable. maybe russia are really good!
germany are in the semis, if italy beat spain tomorrow they will be favourites, portugal i don't rate at all, they are like turkey

England didn't turn up, France barely turned up, so it is up to Italy and Germany to scrap it out

I've maintained that russia will get to the semis since the start of this so it would be nice to be prooven right.
I reckon this one will depend entirely on the defences who ever fucks up least wins.

Turkey are in thesemis and (according to BBC1) they have only been in front for a total of 2.5 minutes in the four games. The trophy's got TURKEY's name on it.
