Much as I dislike Galloway, a lot of the stuff that's spouted about him is almost certainly bollocks. I also can't understand why people who really hate him don't seem to understand that what he craves above all else is to be talked about; the surest way to diminish him is not to attack him - he thrives on that - it's to ignore him.

I have a bit of time for Galloway because a lot of what is said about him are bullshit smears and he does hit the nail on the head sometimes in ways that most other politicians don't. But the man has a massive ego and does shoot himself in the foot sometimes.
