Obama is comfortable with the fact that he has better manners, greater social - and self - awareness, more dignity, more class, more credibility, more decorum than Trump... in fact, he has more of everything worth having than that that useless, colossal, obnoxious oaf.

It looks effortless because he's made it look that way but inwardly, he probably wishes that the seating plan had been different.

So did Trump.
