Deleted Twitter History

So... I need to dig some dirt on someone who has deleted their Twitter history pre August 2016. Is there any archive websites that could help me dig the dirt and find those tweets that have been deleted?

Yeah i had a look at that and it only seemed to have done a capture last April.

Google the twitter handle, there's loads of crappy sites that seem to archive a load of peoples posts.
