i like the colombia kit especially
from me that goes to the Ghana kit with its Black Stars trimShirt of the tournament. I noticed it on some Colombian girls in the street. Well, I guess that might have influenced my feelings but it's a nice clean design without being boring.
Howard Webbobar?Ref is Colombian.
Surely the way it's supposed to work is commentator for the drama, co-commentator for the analysis? Obviously that's a simplification, but that's the general rule. Of course, the trouble is most of the regulars of either camp aren't particularly good at what they're there to do.Oh, who's the commentator? I like the way he shuts the fuck up sometimes. A skill apparently lost in modern football presentation. I also like the fact he hasn't given us tactical overload. I know that Neville et al have brought analysis on from the dark ages, but sometimes it feels like things have gone too far the other way. Constant bombardment with "the full-backs cut in to block out the space...... this system only works if..........". There's an important place for that, but I'd also like listen to a commentator who builds the tension as an attack commences using the rhythm and tone of his voice. There used to be more of them who knew how to do that.
I blame Andy Gray. For everything.

Maybe that's a bit unfair, there are some acceptable, if not inspiring, commentators, but the co-commentators rely too heavily on big names, rather than people who are articulate and genuinely insightful.
Have at you, sir! A good co-com enhances your enjoyment by adding depth of understanding.Get rid of co-commentators. We don't need them.
(((mark lawrenson))))
we ALL need a bit of Mark
got stuck at customs berating the border guards for their shocking defenceOh look, it's Alan Hansen! Is this his first gig this World Cup? Where's he been?!
The frustrating thing is he can actually contribute something interesting, it's just too seldom in between the lazy gags and whinging.(((mark lawrenson))))

I think John Motson is the best on that frontThere's an important place for that, but I'd also like listen to a commentator who builds the tension as an attack commences using the rhythm and tone of his voice.
