Help Canon printer error

Canon printer keeps coming up error , i tried atopping and starting printer spool which worked last time but now its knackered, any ideas?

yes , the last time it was something to do with the printer spool, this time i downloaded the drivers again but wondering why it would take over an hour? Managed to get a sheet printed off but i fear it will malfunction again
