Slider burgers :hmm:

Popped over to Victoria to see Fishbone at the ska festival and thought I'd try the local burgers. This is a bison burger from the Pink Bicycle (winner of the best burger in Victoria 3 years on the run) and very nice it was too. The burger was fab but doesn't a good bun make a difference (it was a great bun).

They were! Best burger i've had in BC (so far). I've put on 20lbs since i arrived from Blighty.

I see you mean Canada, but the US is the worst (for junkfood fans like most of us here, superb ). I put on a WHOLE STONE in two weeks last time i visited San Francisco. I always go there kind of skinny so i can pig out throughout my holiday .

I'm at work and have an hour to kill in town so headed of to McDonald's for my tea.

Have decided I really like the Chicken BLC... It nicely complements my large quarter pounder meal and I leave nicely full for under £6. All without sauce as I'm that awkward git. :)

I'm sure. McDonald's is cheap enough that it falls below the meal out price point, so I feel less guilty indulging more often. There's no way I'd go have a proper meal when I'm just killing time at work.

It's been ages since I've had a really good burger out. This needs to change!

Just had a Tramps Buffet/Burger Thread crossover. Two thick cut gammon steaks, winking at me nestled next to a dozen warbutons rolls. Bit too sweet as usual, but they were 22p and the gammon was 2 quid down from free fiddy.

added cheese, brown sauce and some sweated onions. Immense. I've still got the other gammon steak left as well.

i made burgers today. They were shit :(
Had a ciabatta bun, onions and a little tomato on the bottom and stilton on top. The stilton was lovely and the other companents were good but the burger was not great. I"m going to go and have a proper burger during the week to make up for it
