My feet are like ice.

There's only one radiator I can reach but workman is sweating and it's in the living room which is currently having floorboard done

Actually I can reach the one in the loo so I could go and sit on the loo for the rest of the day but due to the amount of tea I'm making him, he's frequenting the loo

I was absolutely fine until we went to Florence for a couple of days of 25c sun. Got back last night and put the heating straight on, brrr.
Still if it's any consolation, coffee quality in Florence is shite.

I was fucking FREEZING last night! Luckily the fella feels it as much as me, even though he's a total radiator himself. I still ended up wearing two fleecy jumpers and a longsleeved tee, plus thermal socks and slippers.

That's what I'm normally like and bees thinks I'm mad but this year my own source of extra heating is making me so hot I can't cope with it. I'm used to being cold and wrapped up, not boiling and in summer clothes

Heating is on for half an hour morning and evening and extra when there is a laundry drying backlog.

Ah, are you preggers again? Congrats if so. That was the only time in my life (apart from hot flushes!) that I ever felt properly warm.

Yeah, due in jan, thanks. I'm not coping with the being hot all the time so well! I sleep most of the time out of the (still summer) duvet. It's so not me its a bit odd!

Oh no I wouldn't like that! It's happened once at work where I had to take my boots and socks off and it was dreadful! Once was enough!

No, I find it completely maddening. Luckily though, the fella came up with a BRILLIANT solution - a washing-up bowlful of cold water beside the bed. Oh my LORD - sweet blessed relief in seconds

Today the temperature has taken a terrible nose dive, it is only about 20C, the heating will be on in the car going home.
