British Sausage Week - 26th October to 1st November

My local butchers have toffee apple sausages for bonfire night. They are lovely; sweet from caramelised apple and nicely porky.

Never tried them. Two questions. Can you get them in this country? Are they farmed sustainably, or what?

If you're in the UK, then yes. Chinese supermarkets are the place to go. In London, Longdan, on Parkway in Camden does them frozen. They're farmed in Vietnam.
