Boycott Trump 2025!

Yuwipi Woman

Whack-A-Mole Queen
A lot of people I know are planning informal boycotts of any business who contributed to Trump's campaign or his inauguration fund. I'm especially interested in boycotting anyone who has run to Marilago to bend the knee. I'm not going to give Trump a good economy to brag about. Does anyone have a list of organizations and people who ran to bend the knee to Trump so I can make sure to minimize any purchases of their products?

Taken from The Economic Times (make your own mind up as to how credible they are as a source. In fairness, they included donations to the other lot)

That's literally impossible if you've got a pension

A total boycott is probably impossible given the extent of corporate support he gets. We still need to eat. However, if I'm buying bath tissue, I do have the power to pull one brand off the shelf over another. I can minimize my financial support for billionaires and businesses that work against my interests.

Musk chucked in $277,000,000
I'm not sure this list is entirely accurate

6 airlines! Who all realized that if Trump won the numbers of people taking flights to flee the country would boost their profits.

i noticed, and i think they're hoping for less anti-trust under the fucking gibbon. line khan & co. have done alot of work over the last four years.

Sadly not really much of a point, it's a bit late now. Besides the problem isn't the people who sponsored him, it's those who voted for him.

I'm fairly sure my (small) pension fund invests in some potentially dodgy shit. I just can't bring myself to actually look at all the investments it's in.

It's a nice idea but the only way to stop the cunt is to shoot him dead. And even that seems quite tricky.

I put some of my retirement account into an index fund that avoids the worst offenders. It's probably the best I can do on that front, given the scope of the problem.

My plan is the just not buy anything but absolute necessities. Most of the people I know who voted for Trump claim they did so because the economy was better for them. If there's a massive crash because no one is spending money maybe they'll figure out they were wrong. It's a longshot, I admit.

I’m doing my bit by continuing to censor him from my media feed, so I only have to read about his words and deeds. Still stressed and vexed, mind.

There was a guy when Trump was elected the first time that entirely boycotted the news for four years. No one was even allowed to tell him the news. He bought a small, wooded acreage and moved there. He spent four years rehabbing the woods. He figured he wouldn't have much success doing something against Trump, so he tried to have an impact locally. I have to admit that's tempting.

There's something attractive about going off the grid, becoming self sufficient

Or Waco…

There have been several attempts of cults to guy property and move people in and take over. One was a neo-Nazi group in North Dakota. The locals bought up all of the unoccupied ramshackle properties and burns them down. It seems to have stopped that plan in its tracks. On the other hand, they all voted from Trump. I guess they'd rather be part of the cult.

Do you mean Leith?

I’ve seen the film about it if so.
