So, for many years the BBC who spent decades nurturing and covering for serial paedophiles have had a statue of a naked boy with an old man fondling him on the front of their best-known building on Portland Place. The statue was carved by a known paedophile who repeatedly raped his daughters and according to his diary, his dog. Some of us have found this pretty offensive for a long time
This evening a man with a hammer scaled the building and has been trying to smash it. Good for him. Unfortunately the clips on the Guardian website suggest he hasn't managed to damage it much yet but he's apparently been left up there for at least two hours (i'm not sure if he's down yet; you can probably find out on Twitter or something). If this has been inspired by the Colston statue verdict then even better as far as I'm concerned. Hopefully he'll be up there long enough to completely destroy the paedophile broadcasting company's paedophile statue.
