Help me out here.

There was once a sitcom with Matthew Kelly. Many of the scenes took place in a cafe. The cafe owner was a character actor you'd recognise, with a doleful face. In the programme, he was depressed and miserable, and his cafe was dire. (The sitcom was, too).

What I want to know is the name of the actor who played the cafe owner.

I've looked in IMDb under Matthew Kelly, and none of the titles jump out at me, nor do the scenarios. Nothing says: "Cafe owner - XXX XXXXX"
