Your favourite trash telly

Two secret vices,Airplane Repo and Pawn Stars.I actually thought Pawn Stars was something to do with Porn but it's about people buying shit and making money of of it,compelling.Didn't know that some empty Pepsi cans can be sold for a few dollars.

I love Ramseys Kitchen Nightmares. The Costa one has been ok, but nothing beats the deluded Americans on the US version. Absolutely bonkers people with major issues. Gordon cracks me up on it. I also like Hotel Hell which is the same thing but in hotels instead of restaurants.

I also love Storage Hunters especially T-Money and Papa Bear. The guy who does the auctions is pretty cool too.

However, my current favourite show is Wheeler Dealers on Quest. This chubby car dealer bloke buys a beat up old classic and his cool mechanic mate does them up and then they sell it on. I find it fascinating and I hope one day to have enough money to buy a house with a massive workshop so I can do the same.

Quest is actually my new favourite channel. They have some beer making programme and endless 'How its made' and 'massive ships' style programs. Its fantastic.

I may or may not have watched a few episodes of The Hills.

(It's how I knew who Speidi were when they went into Big Brother, not that I actually watched Big Brother. I draw the line somewhere. :D)

You should watch Made in Chelsea, Stephanie Pratt keeps popping up in that. :D

Have you been watching the Costa nightmares? The owners are particularly fucking terrible :D

I saw a bit of one the other day with some long haired surfer type bloke. He was screaming at his staff because they created a good menu.

Why did they not all just fuck off?!

Oh, and I put The Hills on series link when they did a complete re-run and watched it all in long binges.

I started a thread about The Hills years back because I didn't get it :D I suppose it was one of the first of the realityrama type things like TOWIE and MIC and stuff....

I miss Bridezilla :( I haven't really given Don't Tell The Bride a decent chance to replace it though

Don't tell the Bride is great but it's a bit predictable. I miss The Wedding House. That was a great programme.

Don't Tell The Bride used to be brilliant because it was generally clueless grooms booking the local Travelodge and buying awful dresses but now they're all themed weddings and clearly it's more staged.

This week, the bride was scared of flying and heights so her daredevil groom makes her skydive into the wedding and then do a bungee jump after the vows.

Oh no no no, don't like it too staged  Bridezillas was great! Americans, and they went from driving around little flat towns in massive 4x4s with huge Starbucks and texting with a permanent -face and making their mum's cry and as soon as they went down the aisle it's all

then back to

Have you seen Say yes to the dress? You should watch it. There's a bridesmaid version too. It's usually 12 girls demanding dresses that go with their cowboy boots or similar. :D

A bridesmaid version? That sounds brilliant. I've fallen down a say yes to the dress chasm (and I found the gown). But I can't take Randy's wedding rescue or whatever it's called.

Actually TLC shows lots of shit (I'm not sure anything they shore would count as not shit tbh). I do watch Amish and just started Eskimo's go wild in San Diego...

Nashville. High class trash telly.

Geordie Shore. I pretend to be horrified when the step daughter's round and sticks on a catch up binge session but she's my enabler

yep it's no where near as great car crash stuff

And movies 24 is showing Christmas films at the weekend.
me and pickle watched elf today :D

Anything obesity related, they do it differently for American audiences I think, repeated build ups to the big reveal on the scales and it's all in pounds so you have to calculate and then fuck me that's 34stone etc. King of Queens until they merge with that Raymond thing. Don't like two and half men. Four in a bed is ok but for the eternal pubic hair/cobweb crisis thing. The one with those Scottish bastards father and son was a cracker. Whitney, I love her!

The massive ships ones are awesome

Another for Four in a Bed here. Mate introduced me to it when we were on a comedown at hers. Best cure ever.

I could watch the Dogging Tales documentary most days and probably not get bored of it. Same goes for Secrets of the Living Dolls, Age Gap Love, Man with the Ten Stone Testicles and My Granny the Escort. I love that shit.

I dunno what counts as trash really.

I watch Corrie and Eastenders, and loads of crime documentaries like Snapped - Women Who Kill, Wives with Knives, Killer Couples etc. I'm pretty sure they count.

I like those ones too, and I love the show "Disappeared" (about people who have gone missing, presumed dead, unsolved cases)

I also binge watch "I Shouldn't Be Alive"

I think I may be subconsciously obsessed with death, murder, and survival  :hmm:

I used to love Dog the Bounty Hunter  and that fishing one with Robson Green :hmm:

Gilmore Girls is not trash.

Does Strictly: it takes two count? I take it very srsly.

No TV here and haven't had one for years BUT...on those days that I need some trash and I don't fancy a film, I can drown in back episodes of judge judy, catfish, hoarding docs, people who have disappeared type programmes.
