Thread has made me drink some of the Martini. It is Martini Bianco and I can confirm it is delicious.

A couple of years ago I was surprised to find that you can get Spanish vermouth. There's a Portuguese drink that's similar too. Both are good but I've never seen them outside iberia.

Martini is nice. It's a toned down vermouth but if you like bitter, dry drinks, Martini is just that. It was considered extremely exotic in the 70s.

I've got some in my cupboard right now for making risotto and honestly, if I ran out of booze, I'd drink it.

Two words. Martini. Rosso.
