Might give it a fresh coat of paint.. if I can be bothered, there is a small bit of wall on the other side that needs painting too, so if I'm doing that might as well do both sides.
As for flowers, gonna see how the structure beds in for a while first, still got the shadey side to fill, got a couple of bits for that side but need more. Gonna look for some nice climbers like clematis too, I know not really tropical but if I can find an evergreen one I like I think I'll be ok with some regular plants filling out areas.
The thinking seat is still there, just a bit of a squeeze to get into the girls manage ok though!!!
Blue shed? Yeah, not gonna change that for now, kinda used to it and it does give that visual distance thing, would be worried any other colour would come forward too much, the greens look nice against it too.
Here's a pic I took last night with a slow shutter speed
How long do the lilies take to grow?
I have no idea about these climbers and whether they're invasive or not, but Chilean Glory Flower and Ipomoea (the red one) look quite nice. (eta: Apparently Ipomoea's invasive). d

Seen this one suggested on Hardy Tropicals that looks quite nice but looks like it might get quite bushy

In my very amateur opinion, I'm thinking whatever you get, it will either need to be pruned regularly or get one that's doesn't grow out too bushy as it could make your garden look even smaller and overwhelm all the other plants IYSWIM
Wonder if there's any small, spindly, non bushy types of climbers?
