I'm having mine removed on Saturday. Hopefully not as fucking painful as getting it put in. I swear I nearly decked the doctor

I'm sure it'll be fine on saturday - the docs and nurses I work with say that having them out is a doddle having it put in wasn't too bad, but I think the valium helped and the nice lady that the doctor brought in to hold my hand

Smoked a cigarette I found in my bag.
Realised five minutes before leaving the house that I'd been up for ages and totally neglected the important matter of breakfast. Then had the fastest breakfast ever and cleaned my teeth. Instead, I had repainted a nail that had (probably) been damaged by a beer can and drunk some water, tea and coffee.

Pottered about in the kitchen for a bit.

Then I managed not to miss my train and got into work, where I am now, having bought a
2nd breakfast along the way.

That's the last two hours of my life!
