i have been mostly downloading music, drinking wine and harassing drummers on facebook (ok just the one drummer but he had the best drumming face ever, and he was quite good ) as seen playing with Jose James at the Royal Festival Hall last night.

Leaped out of bed, shoved on ridiculous furry hat and boots still muddy from Wales, went for bracing walk in local park (heaven - me, the dogwalkers, and the wind and sun), then went to tesco for supplies, and now back home drinking black coffee and spliffing.

Working up to a lovely hot shower, bacon butty, and a coupla hours ont couch finishing my book

Went to Tesco - whilst I was in there the glass in their back door shattered, which was a bit freaky. Then I came home and made some leek and potato soup.
