What are your Top 4 Pemier League predictions 23/24?

Mine.

1. Man City
2. Man Utd
3. Arsenal
4. Chelsea

And if you must:

5. Liverpool

Joker in the pack: Newcastle

I did a little experiment last season, just for my own maths-geek amusement, whereby I calculated the average on-pitch cost of all twenty teams. It's not perfect, as it doesn't judge either transfer income or wages, nor expensive players who barely played. I also suspect that the relative brilliance of Brighton and shitness of Chelsea skewed the correlation. Nonetheless it does suggest that, unsurprisingly, money buys success. I wouldn't be surprised if this roughly repeats itself.

Would like to see Arsenal win it but i think they missed their best chance last season when they didn't have the distraction and demands of the champions league. You more or less need to be able to field two teams to go well in both the premier and CL.

Liverpool

Only City are guaranteed a top 4. Arsenal could be knackered by Champs League football for the first time in years, as 'castle will be. Chelsea and (lol) Spurs will be better than last season, but not consistent enough yet. Mancscum are slowly steadily improving, but still aren't that good and could be overtaken by teams really hitting form. 'Pool could be brilliant or could take half a season to get the midfield to gel. Villa are the interesting ones to watch, could make top 4. But probably won't.

1. West Ham will remain horrible to watch in the league
2. Ange will make Spurs good to watch but they will be mid-table
3. Everyone will like Luton but they will get relegated
4. Another mediocre season for Liverpool

Depends if you like all that foreign muck like taking it past players, skill or scoring goals. Personally one of my highlights of the past few years was Ballon Dawson taking out three players with two footed challenges in about thirty seconds, so I'm looking forward to this year. Give slabhead three cans of monster just before kickoff and set him loose.
