Let's be fair, it's the passive aggressive baiting (and sometimes directly aggressive/ nationalistic baiting <-- thanks Dandred for jumping the shark with this in Euro 2016) and not the dredging up of old threads that need seeing to.
I agree with skyscraper101 that the baiting is boring, but I don't entirely agree on being "the bigger man" and not giving it back, because in fairness, if the Welsh are pissing all over the Engerrrland match threads, beefing t'ings up when we're shit (and they're not being moderated accordingly) then they should expect it back with both barrels when we do well (again, on the fucking ENGERRRLAND match threads!). It's only fair.

Fine, support the oppo, but going to the effort of posting on an England match thread to just type "Mwahawhaw" because the oppo scored is baiting. Plain and simple. Not supporting the Oppo. It adds nothing to the discussion of the game and if an England fan did it on a Wales match thread (Football or Rugby), they get rightly slaughtered. In fact I've never even seen an England fan go out of their way on here to support the oppo by baiting the Welsh on a Wales match thread. It's a very righteously unique ABE thing from what I can see.

You called me a hypocrite. That's bullshit. You may not agree with what I wrote during the England games but I think it was fair and balanced - and if you look, there was no shortage of England supporters liking my points.
