The thing is, if somene can't cook vegetarian food I'd rather they just admit that and then I can go somewhere else if that's what I want. You don't go to an offal restaurant and expect spinach tortellini. For one thing the risk of cross contamination would be quite high I would think.

its a pub, its no effort to do baked potato with beans and cheese. Slaw or similar. Egg and Chips. Omlette. Buy in some brake brothers veggie lasagnes. If you can't rustle up a meal that doesn't contain meat you have no business calling yourself a professional.

Yes, "Vegetarian and salad" is the permanent heading. Goodness knows "vegetarian" doesn't deserve it's own category.

I looked but there isn't a "chicken and salad" section. But "chicken" does have its own section.
