On the train home: Hexstatic 'Pick 'n' Mix' (Brilliant mix of funk, reggae, hip-hop ... Dick Emery ... and Michael Caine! :D)

On now: Animal Collective 'Sung Tongs' (First time I've listened to it - me likes :) )

Midnite Snake ~ Nitro Turbo Overdrive
Midnite Snake ~ Ambassadors Of Throttle
Midnite Snake ~ Bigfoot '69

Insanely scuzzy stoner/psych rock.

This ought to be the official theme music of The Dune Buggy Attack Battalion. :D

They sound like they might be friends with Francois, who I also really like. Cube Cinema sounds!

Yep, I think Francois is involved.

They all exist within The Stokes Croft Triangle: Cube cinema/Here shop/Cafe Kino...

Transglobal Underground-Moonshout
Fucking superb-ragga, reggae, chanty world beats, storming techno tunes and dirty deep bass:)

Is that their new one? Not heard it yet

White Stripes - Icky Thump

It's the only WS album that I haven't loved instantly, is taking a few listens, but definitely growing on me. Prickly Thorn makes me laugh though - not sure that's intentional

Right now: Sebadoh 'Harmacy' - I'm responsible, for second to third hand information, that complicates the complication - tis beautiful :)

This morning/afternoon with a manic hangover was mostly on a 4AD tip...

Belle Orchestre
The Breeders 'Last Splash'
Throwing Muses 'Limbo'
Belly 'King'

:)
