Well it would mean that everyone who shares in the idea should get around a table and work out what exactly needs to be on such a document.
Otherwise the mess which is the UK will continue by default.

it will continue regardless, as just because people who agree with the idea work out what needs to be on a document doesn't make it actually happen.
magna carta was only signed after an armed insurrection forced the king into signing it. US constitution took a revolution, as did the french etc etc.
it's possible that parliament could agree a written constitution at some point (possibly if we ever withdrew from the EU or something major like that), but expecting them to agree one that ensured a 'more equitable' system is cloud cuckoo land stuff I'm afraid. It's just not the sort of thing the UK ruling elite is likely to just nod through, and they've spent the last 50 years systematically dismantling any credible alternative form of political power that might stand any chance of enacting such a clause in any constitution.
So like I say, good luck with that, but I reckon you've got a bit of an uphill struggle on your hands and may have underestimated the size of the task a little.

Look at this procession of cunts in stupid hats and wigs celebrating the worship of money. As well as the new Lord Mayor in his fake gold regalia and horse drawn carriage, you've got loads of actors and kids on floats, bits of the army and navy, all ably supported by the Worshipful Company of Fuckwits - why are they there? Do they even know what it's all about?
I can't believe the BBC cover this like it's the Olympics or something. Have they not made the connection with the protests at St Pauls?
