Why haven't we seen more pictures of Quincy? This week Quincy destroyed five books, my glasses, two chargers, my kindle case and a pair of shoes.

Ours made it to nearly 13 which is old for the breed but was on heart pills for the last 5 years or so. Was still running up and down the garden barking at foxes on his good days, but some days (often when raining) he didn’t fancy a walk, just did his business and wanted to go back inside. At the end he just couldn’t get out of his basket one day and that was that.View attachment 328920
friend of mine used to have this character for weekends now and then (peak happy seemed to involve being wet and muddy and having a ball) - he (doggy that is) died quite young of heart failure
Is that with or without insurance chipping in? Glad you got a diagnosis, hope he gets sorted soon (((poorly pawed chipolata)))My boy has a mite allergy causing his massively swollen paws. Needs a new bed, wet not dry food, and probably ongoing monoclonal antibody injection. Hundred quid a month. Not ideal but bearable.

Yeah one of my old dog walking friends had one on their rescue podenco and found it moderately useful. They were both sporty types who were prepared to jog until they located the dog.has anyone tried a dog tracker? I was wondering in case at some point I do let Frankie off the lead somewhere and he saw a rabbit and disappeared into the distance. I presume most GPS trackers need a mobile signal though? Which in my case I have not got.
that's me out thenYeah one of my old dog walking friends had one on their rescue podenco and found it moderately useful. They were both sporty types who were prepared to jog until they located the dog.
Yes fair point, and I was thinking similarly but more along the lines of me being the person who gives him foodYou’d be better off spending your time when out walking working on your bond with him. Mungo goes off piste from time to time but he’s always going to come back to me eventually because I’m his person and where he wants to be.

I've taken him all round the valley at the back of me so hopefully if he does chase something when he finally comes to his senses he'll know where he is.
