But your position at that time was still that the bookies would be open between 4-8 (show me your post where that position was retracted)....

I made my initial enquiry on that bet at 1.16 pm

I then placed it at 4.15 - at the time when you promoted the shop as being open. Your tag-line remained unchanged until well after both matches had completed.

I refer you to ern's actions in respect of the bets you, butchers and me placed on the Spain v Russia game - even though he was away from the shop and issued no receipts. That was the honourable thing to do - and he did it.

Sir, I told you to leave it. I stated I was not accepting bets, and also stated I did not want people to place bets for a couple of days.

This shop's opening was delayed. It ws going to open sometime between 4 and 8 if I did not drink.

It is now open.

Its this shop or no shop and my decision was final.
